"The third call of Commercy's yellow vests against racism, anti-Semitism and all forms of persecution

Since November 17, and even before the great mobilization, our citizen movement has been described as racist and "beauf" by both the press and the government.

Even President Macron has not hesitated to describe us as "hateful crowds" who would attack elected officials, the police, journalists, Jews, foreigners and homosexuals ... what an insult! In recent weeks, unacceptable acts, perpetrated by individuals and taken over by some media, discrediting, see demonizing our movement!

We Yellow Vests of Commercy, remember that independence vis-à-vis parties and organizations is one of our foundations.

However, we strongly condemn any act or expression of Racism or Antisemitism, as well as any other form of persecution.

It is unbearable that such acts can take place. The silence that surrounds them reminds us of the dark hours our country has gone through, and that must never be forgotten.

We must be the little light that ensures that it is never trivialized.

Every man, every woman, every child must be able to live freely and safely in our beautiful country.
