NEW CALIFORNIA STATE BILL OF RIGHTS SECTION 18 states the following:
"Neither slavery, nor involuntary servitude shall ever be tolerated in this State."
California is the largest Child Sex Trafficking State in the Union and only 2nd behind China. Trafficking in all forms in California is encouraged by the California State Legislature and the Governor by not supporting legislation against trafficking or by failing to fund law enforcement agencies in order for them to take action to stop slavery.
Would you support the New California State’s Constitution which will utilize all Constitutional, Legislative Judicial and Executive means necessary to stop violations of the New California State’s Bill of Rights Section 18 “slavery” and put an end to Child Sex Trafficking and slavery in its many forms that currently exist in California State?

California’s governor endorses “disaster capitalism” which involves the deliberate destruction of our great state’s natural resources such as our forests and water resources by weather modification, declarations of false droughts, and habitat destruction for the purposes of obtaining federal relief funds to fuel the governor’s radical social agenda.
Would you support the New California State’s Constitution which will utilize all Constitutional, Legislative Judicial and Executive means necessary to stop violations of the New California State’s Bill of Rights Section 1 & 2 to stop further destruction of our natural resources to end the governor’s radical agenda and hold him accountable?

The three questions below are from the New California State Constitution Article I “Legislative Department” and concern legislative districts and corporations.
Sec. 28 – The number of members of Assembly at first session of the Legislature shall not be less than one hundred sixteen (116) and may be increased to representation by each Assembly member of not more than one hundred and twenty thousand (120,000) of citizen inhabitants.
