Vote on Election Day August 2, 2025
NEW CALIFORNIA STATE TO CONDUCT “LIMITED” PRINCIPLE VOTE.
At the 13th New California State Constitutional Convention on July 1, 2025 in Visalia, CA the Delegates and Legislature overwhelming passed in principle the New California State Constitution. The passage of the New California State Constitution was the culmination of a process that began at the 1st Constitutional Convention on July 21, 2018 at Harris Ranch, CA. Now after 8 years and 13 Constitutional Conventions later we have a Constitution for New California State.

Producing this constitution now opens the door for the next step toward statehood and that is the process for presentment to the U. S. Congress for approval and the establishment of a “Compact” agreement between the State of New California and the Federal Government. All 50 States have a “Compact” with the Federal Government. All 50 of their Constitutions had to provide minimum “Guarantees” within their Constitutions which are promises the government must keep to the people of their States.

The 1st Election on July 12, 2025 has passed and there will be a 2nd Election on August 2, 2025. If you voted in the 1st Election you are encouraged to vote in the 2nd Election as ballot questions will differ.
The Elections will be an opportunity to vote to determine if the New California State’s Constitution meets the following “Guarantees”:
Article IV Section 4 of the United States Constitution states:
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

Article IV Section 4 of the United States is known as the “Guarantee Clause” and is a fundamental Article of the Compact between the United States and the States. In order to become a member of the Union of States known as the United States a compacted state must provide the same three elements to the American Citizens in their state. California State FAILS to provide American Citizens in California a republican form of government, freedom from invasion and freedom from domestic violence. New California State’s Constitution under its Bill of Rights and Article II, Section 5 guarantees consistency of state action with the Federal Constitution.
