NEW CALIFORNIA STATE BILL OF RIGHTS SECTION 4 Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Transhumanism.
At the 13th New California State Constitutional Convention Delegates and Senators introduced the policy initiative “Safeguarding Humanity — Legislative Imperatives in the Age of Artificial Intelligence.” The plan establishes a framework to preserve human decision-making supremacy and protect cognitive privacy while fostering responsible innovation. The framework became Section 4 of the New California State Constitution “Bill of Rights”. President Paul Preston stated, “Artificial Intelligence must serve humanity, not replace it. Our laws must ensure that conscience—not code—remains the final arbiter of justice and truth.”
Additional information regarding AI will be introduced to Article 4 with a majority vote by the people. See: www.newcaliforniastate.com.
Would you support the New California State’s Constitution with additional necessary information specific for Section 4 of the New California State Constitution on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Transhumanism?

BECOME A PART OF NEW CALIFORNIA STATE
It can’t be done? Statehood has happened 50 times before.
Our founding fathers included in our Constitution a way by which a state can be split when the government of that state becomes tyrannical.
New California is following the West Virginia model of statehood exactly for that reason.
Stand your ground.
