The New California Constitution Represents over eight and a half years of work, hard work, by the dedicated New Californians. Starting with the first constitutional convention in July 21st, 2018 at Harris Ranch, California and continuing up to the 13th Constitution In Visalia, California, on July 1st 2025. The Constitution itself is the governance system that New California will put in place. It also represents the document that will be presented to Congress. And when approved by Congress will serve as the basis for the compact agreement between New California State and the United States federal government. Thus making California the 51st state.

The election itself was the second election held by the new California state. January 27th, 2024. New California state ran a demo election in 17 of California's 58 counties. The demo election was very limited to just 17 counties and a few surrounding counties. The election itself was received positive by the citizens who were yearning to see what a one-day paper ballot clear box Election would look like and get the returns that very same day, something New Californians and Californians have not seen in over 15 years.

So with that, New California State, put on its second election. But this one was for real, it was not a demo. The second election involved a much larger number of counties. In fact, the second election involved over 50 counties of the 58 counties in California.

The election itself showed overwhelming support for the new Constitution. Citizens had an opportunity to read during the last week before the election. The Constitution, as it was posted on the New California State website. There were meetings with people and public meetings with people.

Everybody was excited about the election itself and when the day came, numerous people who were not in the actual counties that were being served were forced to drive to the nearest county precinct. Some of these individuals drove as much as four hours to and from the county in which that they could vote. But they weren't the only ones who had to over come adversity. There were dozens of people who did this, who drove hours, to an election precinct to vote.
