Mr. President: the Great New California State

President Trump has been presented with what may be his greatest success as President. The opportunity is not just his lead to great success but the greatest opportunity to preserve liberty and promote the adherence to the United States Constitution.

"These letters are NOT written by the state of California nor any other of the 49 states already in the Union but by a wanna be state, The Great State of New California! It looks like the only state in the Union that has the Constitutional courage to come forward with the correct Constitutional request and petition but it hasn't even joined the Union YET! Is it cowardice in a crisis or Constitutional ignorance or both that prohibits our leaders from doing the right thing to resolve the crisis?"

Everyone is in agreement there exists in the United States a Constitutional crisis from sea to shining sea. But nowhere is this crisis more evident than in the state of California. The recent fires in Los Angeles are just another prime example of failed government and how deep the enemies of of the United States have penetrated our entire social fabric.

Over the years the degeneration of our Constitutional way of life and the social compact given to us by our Founding Fathers shows the nation is adrift in its lack of understanding the significance of the Founders writings and impact the Founders had on our ability to self govern empowered by our God Given Rights.

Now comes the Great State of New California. Seven years following the reading of their own Declaration of Independence on January 15, 2018 comes two letters like no other in American history. These letters are NOT written by the state of California nor any other of the 49 states already in the Union but by a wanna be state, The Great State of New California! It looks like the only state in the Union who has the Constitutional courage to come forward with the correct Constitutional request and petition hasn't even joined the Union YET! Is it cowardice in a crisis or Constitutional ignorance or both that prohibits our leaders from doing the right thing to resolve the crisis?

The letters are addressed to Donald J. Trump, President of the United States. The first letter is a Request is for federal interventions. The second is a Petition:

"The Great State of New California’s Request for Federal Interventions

               Insurrection Act of 1807, Emergency Economic Powers Act, 

      Reorganized Government of California,  Declare Mexican Cartels Terrorists,

                Great State of New California Act

Given all that has occurred in the United States and California no one except the New Californians have made the Constitutional Request to the President of the United States to do the right thing and federally intervene.
