Tulare County Symbol Created by Naval Academy Candidate

The Tulare County Committee for New California State has selected it's county symbol. The symbol was designed by Kasie Elisarraraz a resident of Tulare County who is senior in high school and also a candidate for the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis. Kasie comes from a long line of family members who've been in the military including the Marines and Navy.

Kasie will be working with House Representative Devon Nunez in her quest to be accepted at the Naval Academy. When accepted she would be a member of the class of 2023 and represent the first graduate from the Naval Academy from New California State.
