Welcome to New California State, Santa Barbara County. We are a very active group of Locals who engage with People in the County to advocate, with diplomacy, to make a positive impact in our local Community at all levels of Advocacy for Protecting The US Constitution and California's Constitution of 1850. Protections for We the People, Santa Barbara County Article 4 sections 3 and 4 guarantee us a republican form of government. Our Compacted State Constitution of 1850 has been patiently waiting for our movement to move forward with our Natural rights protected as worded with Our Creator's Natural Laws of the 10 Commandments. Compact by definition, is a Covenant with our Almighty God and Savior Jesus Christ. These natural laws apply to all legal residents of the State of California.
