About The Event

POSTPONED BY ILLEGAL, UNCONSITUTIONAL MANDATE CAUSES DELAY IN CONVENTION.

You may have heard that Gov Newsom imposed an ILLEGAL, UNCONSITUTIONAL MANDATE  for all indoor activities regardless of the size or the venue.  His mandate is from December 15, 2021 through January 15, 2022.  We had heard he was going to once again spoil our convention after this last year in which we altered our venue locations 7 times due to his mandates.  Still, inspite of his actions NCS had the events he attempted to stop. But the Visalia convention center is out since our convention runs through Jan 15th!! and would require everyone to wear masks.  Note the date the 15th.  The center is not budging on the mandate and we must wear masks or no deal.  We in New California do not wear masks or follow illegal unconstitutional mandates from a dictator.

Constitutional Topic: Article IV, Section 4. Freedom from Invasion.

SHERIFF RICHARD MACK, The Constitutional Sheriff, Constituional Sheriff and Police Officers Association (CSPOA)

Constitutional Topic: Article IV, Section 3 & Section 4. republican form of government, Freedom from Invasion, Freedom from domestic violence. Author/speaker and former sheriff Richard Mack has served in a wide variety of roles over the course of his nearly twenty year career in law enforcement, which began in Provo, Utah.

Mack began his career with the Provo Police Department as a parking enforcement cadet while attending BYU. A couple of years later he became a full-time officer and was soon promoted to Corporal, Sergeant, and Detective. His most traumatic experience there was a one-year assignment as an undercover narcotics agent. After nearly 11 years at Provo PD, Mack decided to return to his childhood turf in Arizona and run for Graham County Sheriff. His campaign took off and he was elected in 1988.

He was sheriff for two terms until 1997. He was named Elected Official of the Year by the Arizona-New Mexico Coalition of Counties in 1994, received the NRA Law Officer of the Year, inducted into the NRA Hall of Fame, 1995 Cicero Award, Samuel Adams Leadership Award from the Local Sovereignty Coalition, and Gun Owners of America Defender of the Second Amendment Award.

During his tenure, federal officers informed the sheriffs of the state that they would be required to enforce the so-called “Brady Bill” and run background checks at their expense under the law. In 1994, Mack and six other sheriffs from across the country, challenged the constitutionality of the Brady Bill and ultimately, fought it all the way to the United States Supreme Court, where they won a monumental decision for freedom. Three years later, in a landmark 5-4 split decision based on the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, Mack won his case.

A graduate of the FBI National Academy, some of Mack’s positions include: patrol officer, undercover narcotics officer, hostage negotiator, youth officer, school resource officer, communications supervisor, corporal, front desk sergeant, detective, sheriff, Search and Rescue supervisor, jail administrator, and DARE instructor. Mack has been a consultant on numerous cases regarding police abuse, brutality, and other misconduct by public officials. He has joined with other members of the law enforcement community to speak out in favor of drug policy reform.

A graduate of Brigham Young University, Mack now lives with his wife near the Phoenix, AZ area. During the past two years Sheriff Mack has been a speaker at more than 70 different Tea Party rallies all across the country, ranging all the way from Honolulu to Bangor, Maine. Mack has supported this noble movement, because it is both effective and peaceful.

KAREN KINGSTON is a biotech analyst and a former Pfizer employee who has researched and written about many cutting edge pharmaceutical issues.  Kingston thinks that Covid 19 and the so-called vaccines and boosters are here to stay for a long time.  Kingston explains, “The reason why it keeps going is because Covid 19 is now a multi-trillion dollar industry many times over that has been forecasted out for the next ten years and beyond.  I do have numerous business plans that have been put up on numerous biotech industry websites.  I am in the mecca of the biotech industry.  I am in San Diego, and most people do not know we are the biotech industry of the world.”

Article IV, Section 4. Freedom from domestic violence.

Be ready to join the President and Founder of the New California State Movement Paul Preston JANUARY 27-29, 2022 to make New California State the 51st State of the Union of States known as the United States of America.

New California is a new state in development exercising its Constitutional Right to form from the State of California as codified under Article IV Section 3 of the United States Constitution and in the United States Declaration of Independence.

PAUL PRESTON, President and Founder of the New California State Movement

Constitutional Topic: Article IV, Section 3 & Section 4. republican form of government, Freedom from Invasion, Freedom from domestic violence.

Paul Preston founded the NCS movement in 2017 to establish a new state in response to oppressive conditions causing the mass exodus of businesses and citizens fleeing the over regulated, over taxed State of California.

The statehood process clearly outlined in the United States Constitution is the legal pathway citizens must use when experiencing the loss of a representative form of government. It has become alarmingly evident that a communist form of government has advanced in California and we now find ourselves without a voice.

The blatant assault against our country over the past years reveal just how close we are to losing our freedoms. Paul’s vision to prepare a new state provides the remedy to re-establish our Constitutional freedoms and to preserve a representative form of government as guaranteed by the United States Constitution, a republican form of government free from invasion and free of domestic violence.

New California has establish 56 Counties (or portions of counties) representing the rural and suburban areas of California that thrive on individual freedom and accountability. The movement officially declared independence January 15, 2018, has established their legislature, written Resolutions and a draft constitution that demonstrate NCS's goal to establish a new state based on the original constitution created by our Founding Fathers.

The decline of California is ushering in the state of New California! Join the movement and be a part of history.
